GTA has been facilitating the hiring process for its partner organizations (JHU, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, etc.) in Nepal and intends to do so in the future as well. We also work with different organizations to develop their operational and organizational policies and capacity building.
GTA aims to promote the internship program to the students of Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D. We believe in delegating some assignments while also giving our interns the liberty of working independently whenever necessary. We ensure that our interns are placed in a department that resembles the closest to their experiences and special interest. We provide the interns with resources and opportunities to learn more about the diverse lifestyle, socio-cultural history, infrastructures, and work culture of Nepal. We work closely with our selected interns (both domestic and international) to finalize the best available accommodations and travel plans for the duration they work here.
